Bio
Koll was born to two unlikely parents along The Ruby Sea. Over two decades prio, a Raen merchant found himself lost at sea with no where to go. The dingy carried just his cargo and himself, and he dreaded the unthinkable as stormy seas approached on the horizon. To his shock, however, up from the churning ocean rose a Sahagin woman. Without speaking, she guided the Raen's boat to a hidden cove for shelter. It was there they fell in love.This is the story Koll's mother, Lahh, told him every night. She assured him that his father would return with gil and together they would make a home suitable for the young clutchling. But that day never came.As Koll grew it was clear being a half-breed had led to several deformities, including a stunted spine doral and malformed gills. While Koll could hold his breath longer than most, he could not breathe underwater like his mother.As the age of Koll's youth passed, it became clear to Lahh her child would never be able to join her in the sea she feared she was only hurting him by staying isolated in the cove awaiting the Raen who would never come. Knowing she would not be welcome amongst land-dwellers, she knew what must be done.Leading a fishing boat off the coast towards the cove, Lahh ensured her child would be taken to the shoreline and taught a discipline. With that, Koll departed from his mother's side and entered the world beyond his shelter. It wasn't long before the young man learned how to earn his keep fishing, and as he grew into an adult his size became quite towering compared to other Au Ra.Koll, now twenty-four, still retains some of his mother's mannerisms but speaks the common tongue just as well. To any who ask the man who or what he is, he answers honestly-- not one for pretense. He has no shame in his blood, in fact he values the Sahagin within more than the Raen.

Fishy Fisherman - Whether you're disgusted, intrigued, or just don't care, you definitely notice how Koll looks. Koll doesn't seem to care either way however.Lost at sea? - Koll takes after his mother, Lahh, in many ways. Most of all is her penchant for helping others, as such the young man is always willing to lend a hand to those in need.Fish Want Him, He Wants Fish - An experienced fisherman in his own right, Koll loves to fish, and he's quite good at it too! Find yourself hunting the demon of the lake? Call Koll now!Would rather be wet right now - Koll's scales do not do well in a dry environment, tending to peel if not regularly watered. As such he spends a majority of his time along the coast, where a quick dip will bring him back up to speed.Are you my dad? - The Raen that bonded with his Sahagin mother, Lahh, never returned. Did he die? Did he bail on the family he'd made? Do you know!? ARE YOU HIM!? Koll would like to know.
Mature Themes? - Yes! I'm an adult, and assuming you are too, I honestly prefer exploring adult themes. I'm not looking to sugar coat life.*All RP? Even THAT one? * - Yes. Even THAT one. But keep in mind, I don't plan on exploring that with Koll at the drop of a hat. I'm very character focused, and foreplay is vital.Battle? - Short answer: Maybe!
Long answer: Koll just isn't a fighter, physically or magically. He is, however, quite large; so teaching him a thing or two about combat would NOT be difficult.Anything Else? - Nope! Let me know if there's anything else you wanna know, either through discord or in game!
